About this site
This site is my personal record of what happened to me in the New York family court system — how false statements made about my income led to a child support order I could not pay, how that order put me in jail, and how the lie was exposed in open court and still changed nothing.
I am publishing this so the story is on the record, and so that anyone going through the family court system can see what one case actually looked like from the inside.
Docket numbers and case documents are being withheld for now. They will be added as exhibits when I am ready.
